Refunds

The 14-day window
You can ask for a full refund within 14 days of your purchase, as long as you have watched less than 20% of the program's videos, including the demonstration sessions, and completed fewer than 20% of its checkpoints.
An upgrade from the Stabilization Training to the Clinical Training follows the same rule, counted from the date of the upgrade; a refunded upgrade returns you to the Stabilization Training.
When a refund is not available
- More than 14 days after the purchase.
- Once you have watched 20% or more of the program's videos, including the demonstration sessions.
- Once you have completed 20% or more of the program's checkpoints.
- Once a certificate has been issued to you for that program. A certificate means the program is finished, so there is nothing left to refund.
If you dispute a payment with your card issuer, your access ends immediately and is not restored automatically.
Training + Live Practicum: the live sessions
The RITTM Training + Live Practicum includes six live hours with Dr. Darsa. The live portion is refundable until the first live session of your cohort begins; after that it is not, because the cohort seat is held for you and capped at twelve. The 14-day rule above still covers the self-study portion in the meantime.
You may transfer once to a later cohort at no charge. If Reconnect cancels or reschedules a practicum, you may transfer to another date or receive a full refund of the practicum portion.
How to ask
Within 14 days of purchase you can ask for a refund from Account settings → Refunds, or email drdarsa@reconnectcenter.com from the address you enrolled with and say which program you bought. Dr. Darsa's office replies by email, within a few business days. Approved refunds go back to the card you paid with through Stripe and usually appear within five to ten business days. Your access to that program ends when the refund is issued.
If something is wrong
If a video will not play, a file is missing or you were charged twice, write to us before asking for a refund — most of the time we can fix it the same day.
