Terms of use

What you are buying

Enrollment gives you a personal, single-user license to the RITTM training in the program you bought: the video recordings, the slide decks, the filmed client sessions and the written materials on this site. The license is yours alone, for as long as the site is running.

What you may not do

The filmed sessions show real clients who consented to their use in training only. Treat them with the same confidentiality you would give a client of your own. We may end access, without a refund, if the material is redistributed.

This is training, not clinical advice

The course teaches a treatment model. It is not clinical, medical or legal advice about any particular client, and it is not a substitute for supervision, consultation or your own professional judgment. You remain responsible for the care you provide and for practicing within your license and scope.

Certificates and the credential

A Certificate of Completion is issued automatically when you have watched every part of your program in full at normal speed or slower, answered its embedded checkpoint questions and passed the post-test at the end of each module with 75% or higher (each post-test may be attempted up to three times); you are then invited to submit the evaluation. It records what you completed. It is not a certification and does not confer a title.

The title Certified RITTM Therapist is separate. It is earned only through the RITTM Training + Live Practicum: the online material plus all three live sessions with Dr. Darsa — the two practicum sessions and the case consultation. Clinical Training students who have not attended those live sessions receive a Certificate of Completion and may not describe themselves as certified in RITTM.

Continuing-education credit is not included unless a program page says so.

Payment and access

Payments are one-off and processed by Stripe. Prices are in US dollars. Refunds are covered by our refund policy. We may update the course materials, and may suspend access if these terms are broken. If you dispute a payment with your card issuer, your access ends immediately and is not restored automatically.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, and any dispute belongs to the courts of Los Angeles County, California.
